What data we process
This website has no forms, user accounts, analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you send us when you email us: your address, your name and whatever you tell us in your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is your consent when you write to us (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, if the enquiry leads to an agreement, pre-contractual measures or the contract itself (article 6.1.b).
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law or while any liability may arise.
Who receives it
We do not share it with third parties unless the law requires it. Our email and web hosting providers process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability by writing to desk@nematia.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Technical visit data
Like any web server, the hosting provider may log technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, date and page viewed, for security and operation.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own or from third parties, and serves its fonts from its own domain.
YouTube video
The IN-POWER project video is hosted on YouTube. It only loads if you press play, and it does so in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google may process data about your browsing and store information in your browser under its privacy policy.
